Can I use your music in my YouTube Video/School Project/Presentation?
Basically yes! However, you must credit me under all conditions, no matter if it's for TikTok Dance Video or for a Twitter/X, Mastodon or BlueSky funny video. So, if you'll use my music, please credit me by my artistic name (Japkozjad) and add a link to the source if you're going to publish it.
For a YouTube Video, please use this:
Used music: (Song Name) by (Artists)
Listen on YouTube: (here you put the link)
Important for content creators! I am not using any automatic copyright strike systems. If you recieve a copyright strike by using my music, please contact with my using my social media or via mail.
What about streaming services?
The same as in answer above. Just don't forget to put info in the description/during the stream:

Can I make a cover/remix of your song?
Sure! Go ahead! Just don't forget to provide link to original version!

Can I monetize my videos on YouTube, streams on Twitch using your music?
Yeah, I don't care as long as you credit me. Just stick to the rules above.
Do I have to buy your music just to use it?
I recommend you to do it. However, if you are unable to buy my music, I won't force you to do it. Grab any YouTube to MP3 converter or whatever you use.
You need to know that not every place for downloading stuff is virus free. Be aware and do it safely.
Can I use your cover/remix for something?
Well... In most cases it should not be a problem, but I cannot guarantee that you won't get any copyright strikes. You have been warned.
Are there any songs that I can't use?
If a song has been made as a commission or a gift for someone, you cannot use it without permission from the commisioned/gifted person/organisation.
I want to use your music in a video game/paid advertisement etc.
I don't see a problem in using my music in things like video games for free as long as they are non commercial projects. For paid ones and things as paid advertisements and etc., please contact me via my e-mail.
